Questions to be answered:
>>> Is the student planning to stay in Australia in the future?
>>> Is the student willing to take up course/s with pathway to the occupations that could apply for General Skilled Migration?
>>> Would the student have the financial capacity to pay at most Php250,000 or AUD$6,500 for Visa, Medical, Health Insurance, Tuition Downpayment, etc?
>>> When can the student provide the required documents?
>>> Certified Copy - Birth Certificate
>>> Certified Copy - Passport
>>> National Identity Card (Philippine Government Issued) or Driver Licence
>>> NBI / Police Clearance
>>> Certified copies of academic requirements (transcript of records, diploma, etc.)
>>> PRC ID and certification from PRC (if board passer)
>>> Curriculum Vitae / Resume
>>> Employment Certificate / Payslip (if working)
>>> Certified Copy - Marriage Certificate (if married)
Requirements' Preparation (for applicants outside Australia)
>>> Pay Php5000 or AUD$135 - commitment fee which is refundable when already in Australia (Account Name: My Study Assistant / Australian BSB Number: 083961 / Account Number: 704333188)
>>> Signed Application Letter to the chosen school/college/university
>>> (Optional - if only available - as this would help in school application) - Evidence of Financial Capacity
>>> English Test (if already available or if needed)
>>> Genuine Temporary Entrant requirement - evidence to show that you meet the Genuine Temporary Entrant requirement for a student visa. This must include a statement in your application form that you intend to stay in Australia temporarily and/or documentation to support claims. The statement must be written by the applicant.
>>> Relationship - Spouse, DE-Facto Partner - evidence of your relationship with your spouse/de facto partner. This includes a certified copy of your marriage certificate, Family Book, Household Booklet or other evidence of family composition.
>>> Pay Migration Agent Processing Fee of AUD1000 or P37,000 (if would be using our Partner-Migration Agent for student visa processing) - this amount is negotiable thru My Study Assistant
>>> Send application for the course
>>> Receive the letter of offer from the school
>>> Accept the offer in writing
>>> Enroll by paying the Tuition Downpayment (from AUD$2000 depending on the course)
>>> Make sure that student would receive Certificate of Enrollment (COE) for each course program.
>>> Pay the Health Insurance for the druration of all courses (from AUD$800 depending on the course)
>>> Pay the visa fee (AUD$575) and get a TRN-number
>>> Undergo Medical Check-up from Medical Clinics/Hospital approved by Australian Immigration (payment from Php8000 depending on course requirements)
>>> Get the student visa decision
>>> Travel to Australia
********Once visa is received, the student can enter Australia at the earliest 90 days before the course start date printed on the COE. My Study Assistant could help in student's accommodation and the student should inform the school of the address in Australia within 7 days of arriving there.
********Usually the student has the right to stay in Australia for 30 days after the course ends or 60 days if the course lasts longer than 10 months. All these date limits should be written on the visa.
